It was obvious that Mali was a compassionate and empathetic person from our first meeting. She wanted to know as much about Mum and us as possible, and we felt like she had all of the time in the world for us. Mali was very clear and communicative throughout the process, and conducted a beautiful service for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
